Elevate your child’s game with our Fall Power Skating program for U8 and U9 players. Serving young athletes across Ripley, Kincardine, Lucknow, Wingham and surrounding communities, this high-energy training class is open to both boys and girls playing either hockey or ringette. Please note: This is an independent, custom-developed club program and not the Skate Canada CanPowerSkate curriculum.
This session focuses on building foundational speed, balance, control, and agility. Our professional coaches work heavily on efficient stride mechanics, edge control, and rapid acceleration.
REQUIREMENTS & FEES:
– SKATERS MUST ALREADY BE ABLE TO SKATE FORWARDS, BACKWARDS, AND STOP TO JOIN.
– Full hockey/ringette equipment is mandatory, including sticks.
– No volunteer or fundraising commitment is required for this class.
– Financial Note: A $62.50 non-refundable annual insurance fee applies to all skaters starting fresh for the 2025–2026 skating year. If your child has already registered for another concurrent program with our club this season, this fee is automatically waived.

- Coaches are assisted by trained program assistants.
- Ensures a 1:10 coach/program assistant to skater ratio or lower.
